RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY
We accept returns only for unused candles returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, candles must be in their original packaging and unused.
Please note that custom-made or personalized candles are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at aiicandlecraft@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, used candles, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
